Who we are

Our consultants are qualified and degreed in the fields of communication and marketing which is crucial in the recruitment industry. This gives the consultants a good understanding of how important effective communication is between peers as well as between superiors and peers within a business, they also understand how a client feels about running a business and how important it is to find the right workforce in order to represent their brand correctly as well as selling and growing the client’s brand and business.

Through their studies they have gained extensive knowledge in the fields of interpersonal communication, organizational communication, psychology as well as business management and marketing.

We understand how important communication is between the workforce and within the company and that it should be a process where individuals share meaning and understanding in order to create productive working relationships so that the employer and employee can work together in order to achieve the organisations’ goals.
With experience in psychology, we have a good understanding of how to analyze people’s personalities, attitudes and verbal and non-verbal communication in order to gain a good understanding of a person during the interviewing and screening process
 
 
 
 
 
One of our main goals in recruiting is always staying objective during the interviewing and selection process, by achieving this we always use the approach were the selection process’ purpose is to source and select candidates who will perform well and meet the desired standards of performance, resulting in high productivity.
During interviews and consultations we stay away from generalizing and stereotyping by realizing that each individual we meet is as unique as we are, placing ourselves in the candidate’s shoes and always take cultural influences into account.
Furthermore we believe the company’s most valuable assets are those who go down the lift every afternoon and given the emphasis these days on customer satisfaction, service excellence and international competitiveness, it is extremely important to develop and employ a workforce that is skilled, motivated and committed to the objectives of an organization.
With previous experience in the call centre environment we understand the culture needed for such environments, how important it is that candidates for contact centers not only have excellent communication and customer support skills but also advanced computer literacy skills.
