Interview Hints and Tips:

1. Find out what position you are applying for? What's the title, role and function of the position

2. Do some research on the company

3.When answering questions keep your answers short and respond quickly, use lots of examples in your answers they add credibility

4. When you go for an interview ALWAYS dress very professional, be clean, brush/comb your hair, wear deodorant (although not perfume or aftershave)

5. DO NOT smoke just before your interview, try not to drink alcohol the night before.

6. Send the right signals, smile, practice a firm handshake, look people in the eye, sit upright. Don't lean back or forward. Be relaxed but not sloppy, you want to come across as a nice person to have around - not a risk, liability or overwhelming person.

2. What have your achievements been up to date?
3. What is the most difficult situation you have had face to face and how did you tackle it?
4. What are your strengths?
5. What is your greatest weakness?

Give an example of when you have worked under pressure.

Give me an example of when you have had to face a conflict of interest at work.
Tell me about the last time you disagreed with your boss.

CV Writing tips:

Information you should always include on your CV:

1. Personal details which includes your full name, address, contact numbers, email address, date of birth, marital status, nationality, languages and drivers licence

2. Under education qualifications list your education history including secondary and tertiary education. Everything from certificates to degrees any further education needs to be included

3. Under work experience start with your most recent job and work backwards. For each position include the company name, duration you worked for (Dates), job title, detailed explanation of your duties performed, responsibilities and reasons for leaving

4.Under other experience you can include all your computer skills you might have

5. References are optional, but should you decide to list your references make sure that you give recent employer information and that the person to be contacted is someone you reported to directly. Please remember that family references are not accepted.
